What to expect;A Reflexology session is typically performed with you in a semi-reclined or fully-reclined position. Adjustments can be made to accommodate special needs or circumstances. You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the session, with only your shoes and socks removed to allow access to your feet, lower legs, and when requested, hands.
Your session begins with completing an intake form. Afterward, you’ll have time to remove your shoes and socks, settle onto the table, and get comfortable. To start, your therapist will place warm towels on your feet, preparing them for the treatment. During this time, your goals and desired outcomes for the session will be discussed. Based on your desired outcome, your therapist will recommend a treatment tailored for relaxation, therapeutic benefits, most often a blend of both. The reflexology treatment then begins, with your reflexologist gently stimulating specific reflex points to promote balance and alignment of your body and mind. To conclude, an oil or lotion blend will be applied to your feet, leaving you feeling refreshed and restored. |
Treatment OptionsReflexology treatments have proven to be highly effective for addressing conditions like allergies, headaches, and depression.
Our 60-minute session focuses entirely on your feet, providing targeted relief and relaxation. If you opt for the 90-minute session, we can dedicate the extra time to your hands or if you prefer focus the entire session solely on your feet, based on your preference. Is Reflexology considered medical care? While reflexology is an excellent complement to traditional medicine, it is not a replacement for medical treatment. Reflexologists do not diagnose health conditions, prescribe medications, or make changes to existing treatments.
Reflexology offers gentle, non-invasive support, helping to rebalance the body and naturally restore its overall well-being. We have been seeing amazing results, "I had severe back pain from pulling a muscle in my back. I suffered for about 10 days before getting a Reflexology treatment. Sitting, standing, lying down, everything hurt my back, and it even started extending to my gluets and hamstring. |
