- Personal License: When you purchase a digital product (e.g., The Gentle Mobility Primer), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not share, resell, or redistribute these materials.
- All Sales Final: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products and bundles are final. No refunds will be issued once the download links have been delivered.
- Code of Conduct: We reserve the right to remove any participant from a Zoom or virtual session for disruptive behavior without a refund.
- Recording Consent: Group virtual sessions may be recorded for educational purposes. By participating, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded in a group setting.
- Not Medical Treatment: Virtual mentoring is educational coaching and does not constitute a clinical massage therapy treatment or medical diagnosis.
