We no longer have walk in hours to schedule in person. We highly value each client's time, so when we are in session with a client we cannot come to the door, thank you for understanding. You may either leave a voicemail or email if you need further assistance.
Our online scheduler is available 24 hours a day. Gift Certificates may be purchased online 24 hours a day.
Cancellation, Late and No Show Policies
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours’ advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount will be charged to the credit card on file. If there is no card on file, or it has expired, the appointment must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations: Appointments Cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice the credit card on file will be charged for the full amount of the missed appointment.
Late Arrival: Out of courtesy to our clients, we start appointment at the scheduled time, and end them at the scheduled time. If a client is late then the time will be deducted from the treatment time at the expected service rate.
No Show: When a client either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason it will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
Gift Certificates/Vouchers: If the client has no credit card on file and a gift certificate or voucher was going to be used, the certificate will be forfeited.
